new step: Engaged Retirement and Encore Careers

Engaged Retirement

Programs for Individuals

PSRC’s Engaged Retirement Programs are about lifestyle in retirement, not about financial planning. Financial planning is the means to the end, not the end, which is a rewarding, satisfying next stage of life. Next Step offers many programs for individuals interested in planning their retirement, starting an encore career or finding re-employment. Look under these headings in the left menu to see what is being offered.

Engaged Retirement Speakers Series

Voluntourism: Combine travel and service and see the world in a new light.

Voluntourism  combines voluntary service to a destination and its people with the traditional elements of travel and tourism - arts, culture, geography, history, and recreation.  You will learn about a different country and culture, and come home with a different perspective on your own culture.
